How We’re Keeping Our Customers Safe During the COVID Crisis and Beyond

There’s a lot of uncertainty in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. When will the quarantine end? Is the pandemic getting worse or getting better? What businesses are open and what businesses are safe to use? Fortunately, in the midst of these uncertain times, MBC Remodeling is taking measures to keep our customers safe as well as keeping them informed. Here’s what we’re doing for the duration of the social distancing:

Are We Open?

At this point, we have paused all work on active production sites in order to adhere to social distancing and help to slow the curve. The truth is that even with safety precautions such as masks and other protective gear, with a remodeling team moving in and out of your home, there’s too much risk of unknowingly spreading COVID-19. We’re committed to providing our customers with an excellent finished project, but we’re even more committed to the safety of our customers. At this time, pausing work is the safest thing to do.

We’re Still Here For You

That doesn’t mean that MBC Remodeling is closed entirely. While we might not be working on any active production sites, we’re still here to answer any questions you might have. That can include questions about the status of projects that were unfinished when the pandemic hit as well as questions about future projects. We are still open for free consultations on upcoming projects.

Committed to Your Safety

The pandemic is something unprecedented in our lifetime, but our commitment to protecting our customers is nothing new. It’s for this reason that we offer general liability insurance to make sure that our customers aren’t held liable for anything that could go wrong on the production site. We also offer some of the longest warranties in the region, including 5 year warranties for labor. We put our customers first, and it shows in our business practices in this time as well as our work outside of the pandemic. At MBC Remodeling, we hope that your families and loved ones remain healthy and safe during these uncertain times. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask them. Contact MBC Remodeling today for more information or to set up a free consultation.
