MBC did a major handicapped accessible remodel for us. The work crew is personable, reliable, and very competent. We are thrilled with the results!

Mike and his team helped us bring our 40 year old kitchen and bathroom up to the 21st century... We have a small home and considered doing a major renovation, moving walls, and even a second story, but decided we wanted to stay within our footprint and to maximize the efficiency of the space we have. While no one is perfect, MBC was perfect for us. Trish and Gerardo were the team at our house on a daily basis, and they were very respectful of our home while transforming our home in front of our eyes. Mike was also on sight on a near daily basis, and on the days he wasn't, he was reachable via email or text. This being our first renovation, we didn't know exactly what to expect, but we knew that things would come up as work progressed... we tried not to loom over the crew as they worked, but definitely noticed things at the end of the day. Mike, Trish and Gerardo were receptive to questions and preferred that things be brought up sooner than later so that they could be properly addressed. We heard several times that at the end of the project, he wanted us to love our new kitchen and bathroom. After Trish and Gerardo were done, Mike continued to be responsive in completing "punch list items", and stressed to call with any additional concerns. Working with a smaller crew and utilizing semi-custom cabinets definitely helped keep the price down, as our project was far more economical than other estimates that we received. We are very thankful for all the hard work that was put in, and certainly the finished product, and are happily cooking in our new kitchen. We are already thinking about our next project for MBC to tackle to continue making this our dream home.

Mike Blank did a wonderful job working within my budget to create a beautiful new kitchen. This was a tiny area and it was challenging to maximize every inch of space-- removing a closet and soffits and expanding a peninsula. He installed new cabinetry and fabulous granite counters, and added a wall of beautiful glass tile. His crew was on time, polite, tidy and respectful of my home. I would recommend MBC to anyone looking to have quality remodeling work done.
